In British Columbia, over 1 million people care for elderly family members and friends. Caring for someone is incredibly rewarding. It can be taxing, exhausting, and isolating at the same time. Are you a caregiver for an elderly person who requires extensive care? You are not alone. We’re here to support caregivers like you by providing all the resources and support you’ll need to make caring rewarding rather than exhausting.

“ There is an unstructured atmosphere about our times together that feels refreshing to me because, as a caregiver, that doesn’t happen naturally. I also love that a person can share with one another or more than one other person about one’s needs and it’s totally received, or one can talk about trivial things and have a good laugh! I felt pampered by soaking at Ainsworth and felt deeply relaxed. The lunch and conversation afterward were so special that they stayed with me for hours and hours after it was over.
